Foods, Music and Costs

Music In keeping with themes present in "Flying Home" i have decided to listen to primarily southern artists. I will listen to some songs and artists not specifically southern but there will be some kind of connection whether it be silly and inferred by me or apparent. Artists= Johnny Cash, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tommy Johnson, The Band, Muddy Waters, Galactic, wilson pickett, Tom petty(free falling), Charlie Daniels, The Blues Brothers...
Foods I will stop in Lake Charles LA and grab some food at A-Mazen's Seafood.
When i stop for the night in Hammond LA at Fort Ziller(My cousin's vacation home)i will get to enjoy some homeade Cajun Gumbo prepared by my wonderful cousins Hank and Joanne. I will also be able to save some cash by eating and staying with them for free!!!!
Once in Tuskegee i plan to visit as many local restaurants as possible. I wish to avoid chains as much as possible. Restaurants include: The Coop, Mean Bean Cafe, Soul Inn, Whispering Oaks Restaurant, Harrison Barn and Lounge... I also intend to visit some of the local watering holes in an attempt to enjoy some libations as well as interact with some of the local personalities. Bars include: P B's Blues Bar Inc, Soul Inn, Buddy's Karaoke Bar...
